In this unit of work you will be studying Australian Indigenous Poetry. In this unit you will explore indigenous identity and culture through the study of various poems by Indigenous poets. You will learn to analyse poetry by deconstructing them. You wiil closely analyse the subject matter of each poem and how various poetic techniques used help create meaning. In this site you will also find related videos on Indigenous issues. You will listen to the videos and deconstruct their lyrics like poems.
